The Israel Highlights tour is a tour that shows the best of what Israel has to offer. They say good things come in small packages. Israel is a relatively small country, but for its size, it is abundant with things to see. Being a land bridge between Europe, Asia and Africa and the clashing place of great past civilizations, and being the cradle of three of the world’s main religions left mountains of history to explore. Not forgetting that Israel is the only place where you can actually walk and read about events which took place at biblical times, at the places they actually happened. There are also unique phenomena as the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, Makhtesh Ramon which is only one of eight such examples in the whole world and others. Israel is rich with World Heritage Sites, cultures of many of those who ruled Israel and the people who immigrated to Israel thru-out history and they all add flavor to your ride here. This tour is designed for any rider who has road riding experience and some gravel riding experience. 

Jewish Roots on Wheels

As the land promised by God to the Jews many times over in the bible, the many biblical stories we can follow, walk in the footsteps of past judges, visit the battle fields throughout the history. This is the place where Jews can re-connect to their Judaism and for people interested in what Judaism is about, to learn more about it. In Jerusalem we can visit old and renewed roots and in other places see what the Jewish Start-Up Nation is about, not only in the meaning of IT. Israel is the place where you can see which prophecies over 2,500 years old came true. This tour is designed for any rider who has road riding experience and some gravel riding experience. 

Pilgrimage on Wheels

2,000 years ago Jesus walked the land here and for a short but very significant time taught and performed miracles. Today, it is still possible to walk in his footsteps but we can do it on two wheels! During the tour, we will visit all of the significant places in the life of Jesus in Israel. From the Annunciation ,through miracles and teachings, to the Resurrection. Reading the bible after being at each of these places will never be the same. Each time you read a chapter in the bible or hear a story of the life of Jesus, you will immediately be able to visualize the place and re-create that special feeling of the visit once again. During the visit we will also learn about other religions, the history and culture of Israel. This tour is designed for any rider who has road riding experience and some gravel riding experience. 

The Desert Challenge

If you only want to ride in urban scenery, if you are not looking for unique nature to ride in, you should probably stop reading here…

This tour is mainly designed for those whoe want to experience Israel’s desert area. The tour will mainly be in the desert area east and south of Jerusalem but will stop for a short visit in cities like Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Jaffa. We will ride along the Syrian-African Rift and ride in the lowest place in the world, the Dead Sea. The tour will go all the way to the southernmost city in Israel, Eilat, which is situated on the Red Sea. The route is designed to mainly go on roads with only few easy trails so any rider can join.

The 4 Seas Challenge

The 4 Seas Challenge is about visiting all 4 seas you can see in Israel. The Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Dead Sea and the Sea of Galilee. Visiting all 4 within the short time allocated for this tour is challenging because of riding distances on some of the days. Of course we are not going to be just riding but on the way we will visit historical sites, unique nature phenomenon and places of cultural interest. The tour suits riders who like to see as much as possible in a shorter time rather than the relaxed tour.

Israel Highlights – Northern route – 3 riding days

Israel is a small country but it has a lot to offer to any visitor. Some people have only a very short time so we designed this tour exactly for those kind of people. The northern route offers the best of what northern Israel has to offer and it also gives a taste of Jerusalem. The tour is recommended for people who use the low cost flights from Europe and come for a an extended weekend vacation, business people who can extend their business stay by just a few more days and riders coming with a bus group and want to ride a few days before or after the bus tour. The tour is, of course open to any other rider who is interested in a short tour.

The southern route offers the best of what southern Israel has to offer and it also gives a taste of Jerusalem. On this tour we will float in the Dead Sea and visit Masada among other places. The tour is recommended for people who use the low cost flights from Europe and come for an extended weekend vacation, business people who can extend their business stay by just a few more days and riders coming with a bus group and want to ride a few days before or after the bus tour. The tour is, of course open to any other rider who is interested in a short tour.

Women Empowerment Motorcycle Tour

At Bikelife Israel we believe that women are strong and deserve more than what is offered to them, especially as riders. Therefore, we specifically designed a motorcycle tour for women only. I said a tour but this is not just another motorcycle tour or for that matter, a tour like any other tour. This is an empowerment tour designed to allow you, the rider, to enjoy riding in Israel while inspiring the riders and giving them special values via meeting past and present female figures who did and still make changes in the society around them. This tour is one of a kind! Don’t miss it!! 

Our Motorcycles

For our main motorcycle we chose the Yamaha Tenere XT660Z. We think that this particular bike’s versatility on and off road combined with the ability to use an A1 license provides an excellent riding experience in the different roads and terrain Israel has to offer. We also have 2 Suzuki V-Strom 650, and 1 Suzuki DR650. We also have a Sanyang Maxim 400 which is available for rentals of one week or more only.
